John Bunyan Directory Updated

After another extended break (thanks to poor health) I have returned to work on the site once again. I have done some work on The Book Room section of the site – though there is still a lot more work to be done. I am working my way through, what I think is probably the most important section of the site, bit by bit and carefully also.

The most significant work that I have completed in The Book Room section of the site would be the ‘John Bunyan Directory.’ All links in this section of The Book Room are now working, though I must emphasis that ‘The Pilgrim’s Progress’ is the work I am currently working on, so return frequently for updates on that work. Sections are being added to Pilgrim’s Progress as our associated reading group works our way through it.

Homepage Updated

I have done a little work on the homepage of the website and have everything as I would like it to be, including working like and share buttons for Facebook. There are a few links in the directory that still lead nowhere, but this will soon change.

I am planning a major website work project this weekend, which should see some big steps forward – hopefully the whole site will begin to function again.

Latest Updates: Kevin’s Portal Updated

I have just updated what I call ‘Kevin’s Portal.’ It has taken me a while to get several updates to the portal online as I was unable to access the server – I now can obviously.

The latest update includes ‘Kwitter.’ Kwitter is an online daily newspaper of the links I post in Twitter and those of links posted by people I follow on Twitter. It needs to be remembered that I don’t necessarily agree with everyone I follow on Twitter and there are a number of reasons I follow some of these people. Depending on what gets ‘selected’ for this newspaper (it is virtually automatic at this stage) may also determine just who I follow on Twitter. I have no interest in following unwholesome rubbish for example.

This newspaper service is currently in ‘alpha,’ so it is fairly new. I do like the idea behind it though and I think it does have a lot of potential. The actual link to the paper itself (which updates daily) is at:

Bible Studies Section Now Being Updated

Work is continuing to progress well on the site revamp, with more work having been done on several of the pages, including the home page of particularbaptist.com, Kevin’s Portal, the Particular Baptist Library wiki and the confessional standards of the site (the standards are now completed).

Kevin’s Portal Updated

I have been doing a little bit more work on ‘Kevin’s Portal’ and now feel quite satisfied with it for the time being. As I mentioned yesterday, this page is simply a portal to the sites that I have spread over the World Wide Web and includes Blogs, social networking sites, websites, etc. I think I have just about all the sites with a public profile now represented – with perhaps the exception of one or two that I may have missed. I’m sure more will be added along the way.

Kevin’s Portal Updated

I have now updated and overhauled a page that I call ‘Kevin’s Portal: My Web Presence.’ This page is simply a portal to the sites that I have spread over the World Wide Web and includes Blogs, social networking sites, websites, etc. There is quite a lot to choose from – I just love getting out there and trying the various sites that come along.

Post About ‘About’ Page and Guestbook

There isn’t a lot to say in this post, except that the ‘About’ page on this Blog has now been updated and the ‘Guestbook’ for the particularbaptist.com website (hosted at this Blog) has also been updated. Please feel free to pop in and have a look.

Updates to both of these pages can be gauged by the update date at the top of the page. I don’t expect to update these pages too often. Updates will only be for guestbook posting guidelines and for any points that may need to be made concerning the nature of the Blog.
